SOFT SKILL COACH
Zorammawii Ralte is a managing partner of Mizoram Consultancy Group (MzCG). She earned her Master of Arts in Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (magna cum laude) from Stony Brook University, New York, USA. Previously, she worked in higher education where she coordinated innovative programs to ensure the smooth transition, success, and retention of new students at the university. Zorammawii is passionate about exploring various opportunities for, and connecting people to meaningful avenues for success. Her experiences from growing up in four countries across the world is the foundation for her goal of empowering local community members to serve as change agents that positively impact the well-being of the global community.
MZU IC DESIGN THINKING COACHES
Ms. Lalnunmawii Ralte and Ms. KC Malsawmtluangi are qualified Junior Coaches under Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) and Lufthansa conducted Training of Trainers programme on Design Thinking. Both coaches are Assistant Professors of ICFAI University, Mizoram. Ms. Lalnunmawii Ralte is an alumnus of Sri Ram College of Commerce, University and M.Phil from Mizoram University. Ms. KC Malsawmtluangi completed her Master in Commerce from Delhi University. Both ladies are research scholars and involved in research projects funded by the Government. They have been conducting several Design Thinking Camps across different districts of Mizoram
